Bulach Law was founded in 2025 by attorney Colleen Bulach with the mission of preserving the peace of mind and legacy of its clients. Its primary focus is on Medicaid and estate planning, dedicated to serving those of all ages who hope to ensure security for themselves and their families.

Colleen Bulach received her Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 1998. At Marquette, she majored in English and Sociology and was a student athlete on the University’s soccer team.

She received her Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase School of Law in 2002.

She has been an Ohio licensed attorney since 2002, and she is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Colleen has 15 years of experience working with Pro Seniors, a non-profit organization providing free legal & long-term care advice/advocacy to older Ohioans.

She has extensive expertise in the area of Medicaid law, Medicaid advice, and Medicaid planning.

Her expertise also extends to the area of estate planning, including financial power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, wills, and revocable living trusts.
